  24. Thanks to all the advice. Here are the best solutions I got.

  26. AmigaGuide: There are menu options to normalise the window size and
  27. save the settings under the multiview version of amigaguide. the window
  28. size is stored in "ENV:multiview/Workbench Screen" and when you save
  29. the settings the file and its path is saved in "ENVARC:".

  31. CLI: If you use kingCON (like you should) you can save the default window
  32. sizes under the environment variable KCON.prefs. It's parameters are used
  33. by any console which does not override them. You can also set the window
  34. name and alternate window size. The syntax to defaulting is the same as
  35. the normal CON: method with a few extras. This can be found in the KCON
  36. guide.
